Yes. EcoAurra ships to the UK, Europe, and selected international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, or local taxes depending on the destination.

UK orders: 3–5 business days for fulfilment, followed by approximately 1–5 business days for delivery.

European orders: 2–5 business days for fulfilment, followed by approximately 4–10 business days for delivery.

International orders: 2–5 business days for fulfilment, followed by approximately 7–20 business days for delivery, depending on destination and carrier.

EcoAurra is a UK-based brand. UK orders are fulfilled within the UK, while European and international orders are routed through selected production facilities based on the delivery address and product availability.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive shipping confirmation and tracking information by email where tracking is available.

For eligible online purchases, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel and return it. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is generally the customer’s responsibility.
