Shipping policy
EcoAurra orders are fulfilled in the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your destination and the shipping service selected at checkout. The following estimates are calculated from the date your order is placed:
- United Kingdom: approximately 4–10 business days.
- Europe: approximately 6–26 business days, depending on the shipping service selected.
- United States: approximately 6–12 business days.
- Canada: approximately 8–26 business days.
- GCC countries & Egypt: approximately 8–26 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email, including tracking information where available.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, VAT, or other local taxes depending on the destination. Any such charges are determined by the relevant local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. EcoAurra is not responsible for these charges or for delays caused by customs clearance.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
