• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• UK Delivery: 3–5 business days
• International Delivery: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Returns & Exchanges

At EcoAurra, every piece is crafted with precision and inspected carefully before shipping to ensure it meets our premium standards.

As part of our sustainability commitment and due to our made-to-order model, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive an item in less than perfect condition, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at hello@ecoaurra.com, or via WhatsApp, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
